CATALOGUE
GEGA NEW’s ambition is to preserve Bulgarian musical and performing culture. Its catalogue includes releases of authentic and arranged folk music from various regions in Bulgaria, symphonic, chamber, opera, liturgical and choral music, music by Bulgarian composers, CDs of children's songs and fairy tales. A part of the releases are published in series, which popularize works and their performers, and in the long term are a treasure to posterity.
To achieve its aims, GEGA NEW works together with renowned musicologists, technical staff, artists and photographers, who have all contributed with their professionalism to the company's creating a varied catalogue of recordings of high artistic merits.
PERFORMING ARTISTS
GEGA NEW aims at presenting the high achievements of Bulgarian performing art. The company has released recital albums of many of Bulgaria's prominent performers and singers.
GEGA NEW also makes recordings of talented young musicians. In this way they have the opportunity to be presented to music lovers in Bulgaria and world-wide, and GEGA NEW has the chance to support their global career. Partners in these initiatives are famous performers, orchestras, conductors and composers from all over the world.
