• How do I buy a CD, DVD, or Digital Download?
Select your album, click "Add to Cart", and open the Cart icon in the top right corner to proceed to our secure checkout.
• How do digital downloads work?
Immediately after payment, you will receive a secure download link via email. Your high-quality audio files (MP3/FLAC) are available instantly.
• How can I find a specific album?
Use the Search bar at the top of the webpage to quickly find any artist, album title, or genre in our catalog.

Payments, Shipping & Cancellations

• What payment methods do you accept?
Our primary payment method is PayPal. We also accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure, encrypted checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your card.
• What are the shipping rates and delivery times?
Shipping is €2.50 for Bulgaria and €7.25 for Europe and the rest of the world. Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days.
• How can I cancel an order?
Email us at office@geganew.com with your order number and album title. Full refunds are available if requested within 24 hours before the item is shipped.
