How to purchase a CD and DVD ?
When you have selected the album that you want to purchase you need to click on the button "Add to cart" and you should be able to see at the top right corner of the page a box called "Cart" and the quantity of the albums you have added to your card. When you are happy with your choice you need to press the "Checkout" button and you will be directed to a secured web page, where you will fill in your details.
How to remove items from your cart ?
At the top right corner of the web page you will see a box called "Cart". Click on the box and you will be directed to the page where you will be able to see what you have purchased so far. In order to remove items from your cart you need to click on the "X" button and you will be able to remove this item from your account. When you are done editing your cart click on the "Checkout" button to continue to the next step – paying for your items.
How to search for CD’s and DVD’s ?
On the top of the webpage you will see a white box. Click on the field and type in the name of the disc you are looking for, than press the blue button next to the field. You will see the results by scrolling down.
How to join our mailing list and get instant updates on promotions ?
You can become part of our mailing list in two ways. The first one is by clicking the "Contact" button on the main menu (This should be the last button on the right of the menu). When transferred to the Contact page you will notice an orange box with a heading "Join our mailing list". Fill in your details and you will become part of our mailing list. The other option to join our mailing list is by clicking on the button "About" in our menu and scrolling down to the bottom of the page where you find an orange box. Fill in your details to become part of our mailing list.
How to cancel a purchase that you have already paid for ?
You can cancel a purchase by writing an e-mail to office@geganew.com. As a subject of your e-mail please write the name of the CD/DVD and the number of your order. If you notify our team that you want to cancel a purchase 24 hours after the purchase, we will be able to refund the full amount of money. If you notify our team after the item has already been shipped, you might be required to pay the shipping cost.
Can I pay with my debit or credit card ?
